Secure-Pull Seal is used to attach the PHilip's AED defibrillator's carrying case to the Wall Mount Bracket to secure the defibrillator to the wall. The Secure-Pull Seal is SKU (M3859A). A broken seal indicates that the Philips defibrillator has been used or removed from the Wall Mount and accessories may need to be checked.
