With CPR Defibrillators you will not only receive brand new, factory-direct products, professional technical support and exceptional customer service, you will also receive our Satisfaction Guarantee which is stated below.
Every product shipped by CPR Defibrillators is delivered directly from the manufacturer, comprehensively inspected for quality, professionally packaged, and shipped directly to you.
If within 15 days from the date of your purchase, you are unhappy with any Automated External Defibrillator you have received from CPR Defibrillators, you may return it. Please call us to obtain an RA (return authorization) number as we cannot accept any returns without this number. Return authorization numbers identify your return order.
Most merchandise is returnable but not all. If you are returning merchandise which is not an AED, you should call and verify the merchandisse is returnable. Returned merchandise must have freight prepaid, be in original packaging, and be received in brand new, resaleable condition. Simply repackage the product(s) and ship back to SB Marketers c/o CPR Defibrillators at 14 Mark Ave, Webster, MA 01570. Please include the RA number on your package as this is how we track merchandise. If no RA number is received, we will not be able to credit you. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please refer to our returns section located on our shipping page for more information.
