Shipping and Handling and Returns

 

"Shipping" and "Handling"

All shipping charges are based on the weight of the product(s) ordered and the destination "Ship To" zip code that they are being sent to. We calculate these costs by using United Parcel Service's rate calculator and ship UPS Ground. For orders more than $99.00 we offer free shipping. 

Since we calculate shipping charges based on the product weight and the ship to zip code, we cannot quote shipping charges until we have your delivery information. Therefore, you must go through the checkout process, enter in your shipping information, and your shipping charges will be calculated. Very simply, add the items you wish to purchase, once completed, click checkout, enter in your delivery address and zip code, click submit, and your shipping charges will display. Note: You must click the submit button, otherwise your order will not be complete. This means it will not be processed You can cancel your order at any time if you do not agree with the shipping charges.       

We ship all of our orders via UPS ground service to business an residential addresses. UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes. If you need expedited freight service on item(s), feel free to contact us at (508) 731-0567. We will be happy to assist you.  There will be additional charges for this service as UPS charges for quicker turnaround time. We will let you know what this charge is.

 "Returns" Policy

All automated external defibrillators (AEDS) sold by CPR Defibrillators have a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service and technical support questions can be directed to the manufacturer of your model of AED and accessories. Phone numbers for our manufacuter's are as follows: Defibtech 866-333-4248, Philips Medical 800-263-3342, Zoll Medical 800-348-9011. These phone numbers are also listed under the Warranty section of this website.

CPR Defibrillators is committed to your shopping satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call us at (508) 731-0567 immediately. 

Our 15-day return policy is as follows:

1. You may receive a refund or credit on most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Before we can accept your eligible return items, you must call us at (508) 731-0567 and obtain a return authorization (RA) number. The RA number and original invoice must be returned with the item(s) being returned in order to process your refund. We cannot accept items returned to us without an RA number. Only items purchased from CPR Defibrillators can be returned. We charge a 20% restocking fee. Returns beyond 15 days cannot be accepted.

2. Most items purchased from CPR Defibrillators may be returned. The following products may not be returned: opened electrode pads or those with damaged packaging, opened rescue kits and packs, used batteries or those with opened packaging, used manikins, books, software, videos, CDs, DVDs, online training passcodes (once issued), and classroom training (once it's scheduled.) If you are returning an AED or training unit, the price of opened electrode pads, opened or used batteries, or items in opened or non-resaleable condition will be deducted from the refund. All returned merchandise must have freight prepayed, be in original packaging and be received in new resalable condition.

3. If CPR Defibrillators makes an error in fulfilling or shipping an order, we will promptly rectify the mistake at no cost to the customer. CPR Defibrillators cannot be liable for delays in shipping due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to any act of nature, act of purchaser, governmental acts, or labor disturbance. In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please call us at (508) 731-0567 immediately.  

4. Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we urge you to ship returns insured using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
